After he left school in 2001, Andrew Napuat got a job as a training instructor at NEXT (Vanuatu) Limited in 2005 for year and then he moved on as a training consultant for VATET project in 2006. In 2008 he became a senior project officer for the youth outreach program under the Save The Children Australia. By 2009 he became the executive officer and was doing human resource and finance for Ministry of Justice and Community Service.
In 2011 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to the President of the Republic of Vanuatu and served there for 3 years before he joins the National Advisory Board Secretariat for Climate Change in 2015 and became the First Political Advisor to the Ministry of lands in 2015.
