Andrew was born on 21 March 1983 in Lamakaun on Tanna and attended Fetuaaki Primary School before he went to Tafea College in 1999 where he was taught by Mr Gary William Graham from New Zealand.[3] He finished year 12 Pacific Senior Secondary School Certificate (PSSC) at Matevulu College in 2001.
He holds a Diploma in Business English & Letter Writing at Cambridge International College in 2008, Bachelor of Management and graduated with Distinction at Revans University (IMCA – England) in 2006, also has a Diploma in Human Resource/Personnel Management and graduated with Distinction at Cambridge International College in 2006, with a Diploma in Business (Frontline management) at Next (Vanuatu) Limited in 2003.
